Whether rental is appropriate, and in what form, depends on the intended use, location, contractual position and your objectives. Decisions and approvals remain clearly defined; specialist partners are involved where needed.

What does Lohn Aviation’s Property & Luxury Asset Management include?
Lohn Aviation coordinates the care of exceptional properties and other distinctive assets. Depending on the mandate, this may include day-to-day coordination, staffing, budgeting, procurement and supplies, maintenance, security services, housekeeping, and marketing and rental. The scope is agreed individually for each asset; specialist partners are involved where needed.
What does Lohn Aviation coordinate for a private island?
For a current private-island mandate in Europe, Lohn Aviation coordinates day-to-day operations and marketing while the owner is away. Within the agreed scope, this includes staffing, budgeting, procurement and supplies, and maintenance. To protect the owner’s privacy, we do not disclose their name or the island’s precise location.
Can Lohn Aviation care for an estate without offering it for rental?
Yes. For a current estate mandate in southern Africa, Lohn Aviation coordinates maintenance, security services and housekeeping. The owner does not wish to rent out the estate, so rental is not part of the mandate. We do not disclose the owner’s identity or the precise location.
Is every property under Lohn Aviation’s care available for rental?
No. Marketing and rental are optional services and are undertaken only when they suit the mandate and the owner’s objectives. Rental is not planned for the estate in southern Africa; for the private-island mandate in Europe, marketing while the owner is away forms part of the agreed scope.
